Aims of Our Homes
Our aim is to offer residents the opportunity to enhance their quality of life by providing a safe, manageable and comfortable environment, plus support and stimulation to help them achieve physical, social, intellectual, cultural, emotional and spiritual fulfilment.
We like to pamper, Love and provide Care at its highest level. In the pursuit of our aim, we comply with and incorporate the Codes of Practice as prescribed by General Social Care Council (GSCC) and “No Secret in Lancashire”.
In order to achieve the above, we take our employment policy seriously, encourage training, form Residents Committees with the Chair appointed from the Residents.
We gather Residents Questionnaires once every six (6) months and hold a Residents’ Meeting (where the participants are: the Residents, their representatives and the Registered Provider, Francesca). Employees are not invited and comments/ requests are noted (and will be addressed where practical) with NO Residents name mentioned.
